23. Upperclassmen who affected you
There’s a bunch of upperclassmen that have guided me through high school, but I’m only going to mention the one most important upperclassmen in my life: Florence Chung.
No amount of words can describe the respect I have for her, nor can I put together coherent sentences to express my love for her. Just know that she has helped me through numerous life decisions, and I am forever thankful.
24. Underclassmen who you’ll miss
the percussion babies of brief eternity
I didn’t get to talk to them much this year, but I loved every minute of hanging out with them whenever I got the chance. Each and every one of them are going to do amazing things next year, so watch out!
The APN babies
I never thought we would ever become friends, but here we are, closer than ever they sacrificed so much to make me happy, and my life would be a lot duller without them. I can’t wait to see what they would do in APN next year.
20. Favorite place to be on campus
N/A. The campus is a piece of shit with all of the construction going on.
Seriously. Why couldn’t the district decide to remodel the school before I started high school?! Four years of crowded and blocked off hallways is just not fun.
21. A song that brings back nostalgia, and why
N/A. Any old song will throw me back to the time the aforementioned song was popular.
22. Your thoughts on your romantic life in high school
Lulz
18. A memorable job, summer camp, or internship
At the time, band camp was probably the worst experience ever, with shitty food, dusty hills, unflattering tan lines, and uncomfortable beds, but in retrospect, the three bandcamps I’ve been to has been pretty memorable. It was fun to spend five whole days with my best friends and good company, and although I don’t want to go through all of that again, I will remember it always.
19. Biggest regret
Biggest regret? Not taking chem h during sophomore year. Seriously. Fuck chem h. Taking it as a senior is DEFINITELY not worth it. I mean, chem h is harder than my AP classes. That doesn’t even make sense.
16. Most surprising friend
Aileen Ju.
Technically we’ve been “friends” since 2nd grade, but we were more like acquaintances than anything else. When we crossed paths again in APN this year, I only that that we would continue our acquaintance relationship. Never did I expect us to become such great friends this year, and so quickly too. I truly hope that the distance between us this fall will be no obstacle to our friendship.
17. Oldest friend who you’ve kept
Ryan (Chuck) Cheung.
We became friends in second grade, and he’s the only person that I remained friends with since then. I know there has been numerous breaks in our relationship where we stopped talking to each other for long periods of time due to busy schedules or whatever, but our friendship is so strong that we don’t have to be constantly reminded that we are best friends, and we can pick right up where we left off.
I am more than grateful for his presence in my life, and the distance between us this fall has nothing on us.
15. Four favorite pictures/pictures that represents each of your four years the best and why/how
Freshmen-VCECV

I am not proud of what happened between us, but I have no shame in admitting that my life revolved around these people my freshmen year. We had fun, and that’s all that matters.
Sophomore-Open Line

This was the year where i started to spend more and more time with my percussion family. The awkward year of meeting new people in a line was gone, and it just felt great to be around these people.
Junio-World Line

I honestly thought i dedicated a big portion of my time to percussion my sophomore year, but clearly i had no idea how much time i would spend on this program during junior year. my life really did revolve around percussion, and i was constantly in the batcave known as the band room. that wasn’t entirely a bad thing though–these people really did become my second family. though there was some feelings of distaste that arose within me towards the end, this group of people and this program will always have a soft spot in my heart.
Senior- Not (Yet) Available
Senior year has undoubtedly been the best year of my high school career, and there’s numerous pictures to prove it, but let’s face it, the best moment will be me walking down graduation to receive my diploma. and since graduation isn’t for another two days, i don’t have a picture…yet.
14.The teacher you hated the most
Brian Walker.
Don’t get me wrong, I rather have a class with a teacher that doesn’t give a shit than a class with the most uptight teacher, but the amount of fucks walker gives is so low that it makes you wonder why he’s a teacher in the first place.
looks like i’ve been on tumblr for four years now…
